Alright, I'm going to give The Bread Baker's Apprentice Challenge a shot. I haven't used my blog in a while, so I thought I'd dust it off and use it to keep a record of my attempt. I'm waiting for the book to be available from the library, then I'm on my way. So exciting, so overwhelming. So tasty!
